When my mentor tested me for the truth job he asked me about that and I said, "does it matter?" I think the most important aspect is to find someone that can apply pressure for human rights but phrase and deliver it in a way that it can reach the leaders it needs to. Many are too aggressive in their ideas and it is better to approach the topics in a softer tone so the people that need to understand the views WILL listen.
