it is behind the scenes. you can use your nsec damus key directly in astral to get the 32 byte hex or use this tool #[4]
😂 def the most essential part of any kitchen
good luck with the reno!
yeah agree. also as you get more experts on a platform that are in tune with the going ons in niche areas you get more news content. rn just all devs talking about latest nostr features haha.
so fucked up. no reason for US to do this to foreigners, especially those just passing through. sorry this happened to you jb.
agree. very practical and intuitive.
what about ⚡? already has support in all keyboards
someone had mentioned using ⚡as the sats symbol which kinda actually like
haha its just grey. i kinda agree. but you can also change the colors in settings now if you want.
🎉🎉🎉 no pain no gain
wow walnut and olive trees? dig the vibe of wherever it is you live.
welcome! I hope so too..
yeah same. I rather have people yell at me for something being broken than yell at me for displaying the wrong photo or for covering up something thats broken.
I really like the use of Robohash as fallback avatars. Could use the accounts pubkey as input in the path parameter and it will deterministically create an avatar for you.
For example for my pubkey, it would be this avatar: https://robohash.org/b2d670de53b27691c0c3400225b65c35a26d06093bcc41f48ffc71e0907f9d4a
😆 those are pretty cool.
updates have been pushed to repo https://github.com/monlovesmango/astral
that is a concern, but I think clients will need to learn how to handle this regardless.
imo when we have a lot of users global feed will be low signal. can you imagine if twitter did global feed filled with 0 like posts? also global feed is vulnerable to spam attacks.
they are coming! found a couple bugs I want to fix first before I push to repo. should be by eod.
this too. whatever we can do to make it more of a soft landing for a new user.
also i would never set default follows for a user. would just hard code it in astral to show default users in a feed.
