i play tennis🎾 | bitcoin ♾️ | lightning ⚡️ node: tennisnbtc @ amboss.space | einundzwanzig 🧡 | nodestrich 🟣 | blitz ⚡️ dinge https://tunnelsats.com?ref=REF-QOGD8U

Have you set up a Watchtower on your #bitcoin #lightningnode?

Feel free to post down below to save your funds for a few sats! 😉

Feel the same. Every Euro going into #bitcoin. I am really maxing out my fiat pot.

It‘s not easy mentally but always say to yourself we gonna win! Not a sprint its a marathon!

Node fact check⚡️👇

⚡️1 Month ago i routed 19mio Sats in 7 days!

⚡️Now i routed 159mio Sats in the past 7 days!

Thats 8.3x!

But i only deployed around 2x the amount on my node from my side.

There are many tactics out there:

One of them loop out via WoS send to an exchange and send it back onchain and open a new channel.

Or use Boltz or Deezy Service for new onchain capital.✌️

Check out LnVisualizer to see your #lightningnode connections.

Great tool to find new nodes.

Keep following me on my route to 100 channels⚡️🧡

feel free to open a channel to me. I would not suggest opening channels with very low amount.

Its so hard to rebalance those small channels.

Already some plebs opened channels to me and we had some good conversations and i could help them on the beginning. we solved a lot of problems and you can contact them if your node is offline for a a few hours or so and you dont get a sudden close!

Then cash out your lightning founds and start another channel, do it for or 5 times and you have some good routing!

once you open a channel always check whats their average fees on amboss

then set the fees high until you see some flow on the channel otherwise you could easily loose a lot of sats! i learnt it the hard way on some exchange channels. they drain your channel imidiately once your fees are too low.

There are many good routing nodes out where which have low in and outbound fees / balanced fees. I heavily suggest open channels to them before open channels to those liquidity sinks like lnbig, deezy and co.

Yeah lets say you earn 1000ppm for routing 1mio from kraken to xyz. To rebalance Kraken its quite expensive so 80-90 percent costs is necessary for rebalancing. Some days are cheaper some are more expensive.

So lets say it cost you 800 sats to rebalance your profit is 200.

More channels you have more cheaper is rebalancing because your node finds way more routes through the network.

There are some good videos about the lndg basics from jonathan levi on youtube. But a lot was try and error. Once its setup its pretty cool and not that time expensive to run bigger nodes.

Plus there is a lndg telegram channel

for questions https://t.me/+03YtC6VgBLQxYWYx

But yeah let me know what you need to know and i will help you here as good as i can. So maybe other node runners could profit from that too.

Its hard to find a lot of infos for lndg on the www

Also watch out for Worker Settings. 5 is enough. You need decent hardware for 10 if you have a lot of channels.

Atm i am going with 5 workers @ 33 Channels. Works pretty good for rebalancing.

I am currently running Autopilot. Its pretty insane how good it works for rebalancing. It reflects past 5 days how a channel flows and automatically disable/enable rebalancing. Basically i did the same before manually but its way less work with autopilot. But i would only turn it on on bigger nodes. Imo not necessary on smaller ones, but could work too.

It depends on the channel. For some channels 60-65 percent is enough. For exchange / sink channels you need to rebalance aggressively. For those channels the limit is set to 80-90 percent.

Vacation over - back to work!

#bitcoin #lightningnode update:

* past 7 day routed ~ 155mio Sats! 🤯

* 33 Channels

* 1 remote channel opening pending thx @ satoshism

* 7 day profit ~ 6500 Sats - slowly getting back my costs 😎⚡️

* best performing channel so far: cyberdyne 🔥

* 7 day apy 0.63%

Hit me up if you need help with your lightning node or channel opening🧡⚡️💪

Vacation mode on. Vive la 🇫🇷 🧡

Yeah i didnt like that too, but i accept that its a company and that they somehow need to make money. But besides from that, it works perfectly and super fast with Zeus so far!

Private VPN IPs: special private IPs, generated in a public server, with encryption and secured access, that offers to users a dedicated tunnel through an internal private IP range, directly to your home devices. Each point / device will have its own IP, in the same range. This is what Tailscale is using.

Using Tailscale doesn’t mean your Umbrel is fully accessible on clearnet. Only you have a dedicated private access using a faster connection than Tor.

Hope that helps✌️

Here is a point:

Since i am running a #lightning routing node, i really don‘t care about the #bitcoin price anymore.

There is so much action on the #lightningnetwork it‘s mindblowing.

Sats are flowing like crazy! 🧡⚡️🤙
