What an achievement Jack! I think it's collective punishment because some Bitcoiners upset Elon again :)
I think we really missed out on having Nyan cat civilisations like MLP. It still makes me 😃
This is not totally true. In some African countries the Internet is monitored heavily. Trying to use certain Bitcoin services creates connectivity problems. Communication is also heavily monitored by State apparatus which makes open communication practically impossible. Sim registration just adds to the problems. I would like more people to give clear examples of how it's done in restrictive Countries without making users targets.
In a world where the rich and powerful have a price, this is inevitable. I was considering relocation to El Salvador, a place where Bitcoiners could feel safe for once not anymore. I believed in Compliance too until I learnt first hand exactly what they use the information for.
I love my African Bitcoin OGs too much! People don't understand why Kenyan, Nigerian or South African Bitcoiners always bring tears to my eyes quicker than most and I'm not sure I will ever be able to fully articulate the feeling or experiences that have caused such a physiological reaction but gratitude can never be enough. I honour them by reciprocating the love and support they taught me, by standing by Bitcoiners like they did and always giving solutions and hope when there was none. I know the some of crossroads African Bitcoiners have stepped in to save Bitcoin, I also know the environment is too dangerous to get their flowers but I just want you all to know they are Legends, Heros and so loved!
Bitcoin Africa's importance is always down played. When will it stop? When Bitcoin tried to be introduced to the African Market as early as 2011 we had all the Colonial puppets screaming how it was just for criminals etc. I personally didn't know the impact those words would have on our lives and still do. Crypto scammers and plants were introduced to reinforce a false narrative too so excuse me if I lack the patience and decorum to entertain certain elements but I will try :)
I changed the name to OG because I was told I needed to use the title... I still think it sounds like 'Oh gee' like 'Oh God'.... might change it back
I have to come up with a new nickname for you guys. I was raised a Christian and I do pray for my social media frens because everyone needs prayers. I don't feel comfortable praying for 'my followers' so I'm open to name suggestions that wouldn't be offensive and will hopefully not need to change with ownership... I used to pray for my "Tweeps"on "Twitter".
I believe everyone's relationship with God is personal so sorry I don't do public prayer sessions :)
I actually admire ladies who can type with long nails, I can't so have kept my nails short most of my life. I think this is the longest I've kept them long and yes it has helped glancing at pretty nails after reading some emails or work :)
