James, used to live in the Tahoe area, this was hard to believe that almost every August this would be a problem, you basically had to live inside. Now live and Austin and have to deal with the humidity but I can breathe.
Downtown commercial Real Estate is not only MASSIVELY impaired, but it’s insanely illiquid…best of luck to the owners when the currency and credit collapse starts accelerate.
IMHO we ain’t seen nothin’ yet…and speed of settlement is going to be of the essence.

PP, my wife and I have traveled the country this summer, I reside in Austin which is supposedly leads the nation in occupancy. I can say I don’t see it. In many cities I see the same, empty offices and closed stores especially in the downtown areas. I am sitting at a coffee shop in downtown Denver as I write this and it’s very sad to see.

Ok I am determined to find 1, this doctor is known as the godfather of homeopathic medicine and 1 of my all time favorites, when my wife and I lived in the Reno/Tahoe area we had the pleasure of being one of his patients, can’t say enough about him. When we moved to Austin we were going to keep using him because 30% of there patients are from around the country and technology made this possible. The 3/2020 events put a damper on this and they gave us a recommendation to a local Doctor who follows his principles and it has worked out wonderfully. LMK if I hit one. 
I do, but you probably read them or know of them, Broken $, Jimmy Song’s new one , 4th turning is here, a book I think anyone over 50 should read, Life Force by Tony Robbins, may save your life. I met you at BBB and don’t think you are close to 50 yet, but I bet someone is in your family or friends you have. This is a must read, I’ll guarantee it, if you think not I’ll reimburse you for it.
