I've never worked with heavy clubs. Maces and kettlebells are awesome though.
I went from heavy barbell lifting in November, to kettlebells in December, to lightweight dumbbell circuits this month.
Might have to try out a mix of clubs, maces and kettlebells next month 🤔
Decided to change it up with my workouts in the NY, just for fun.
I've been going through all the Rushfit workouts.
All you need is a couple sets of dumbbells and you're good to go.
They're kinda close, but so goddamn far, every time.

But at the end of the day, what matters is that once you got it, you didn't drag your feet on it. If you gave it all, then there's no regret and no sadness, only joy in seeing the price go up.

I remember in my city, they justified property taxes continuously going up year over year, because property value was going up.
