Banish w2s. Make everyone 1099. No refund check of your own overpaid money for anyone. Everyone consciously pays what they "owe" to the government and see the cost. Enables peaceful protest of the government by withholding payment. Hell, put it in escrow if you want. Don't like the MIC? Only send about 85% and note that you won't be funding the MIC this year
