Over 4 months enjoying the magic of carnivore/very low carb. I'm going to have to shop for a new belt right away. I'm going to hold off on pants and shirts although I can definitely go down at least a full size.

I know I didn't post a full body picture, but the reality is the metabolic function, energy, cognitive function, lowered inflammation, and body composition changes are more dramatic for me than the weight loss. And these were all things I felt like I just couldn't make much progress on in spite of my knowledge and efforts.
