I’m pretty disappointed in myself lately, started eating junk food again, stoped my daily exercises and wasted time researching Shitcoins.

I should have spent time with family, eat healthier, exercise and stack sats.

Not gonna lie. I’m a bit depressed about it… I know I could and should do better.

Had a moment this morning where it felt like everything is falling apart and I'll never get back on my feet. Being laid off is hard. Job hunting in today's tech market is hard.

I stopped for a moment to remind myself that I'm healthy, my family is healthy, we live in a nice house in a nice neighborhood, and there's a lot of love in here.

Life is good. Sometimes it takes a moment to remember it, but life is good.
