Money has to essentially have salability across space and time.
If it is not salable across space, then it is no good for the current age! You are stuck with your tribe and what they produce.
If it is not salable across time, e.g., high inflation, then you can’t trust holding it. You have to gamble it to preserve your wealth (modern finance).
Throughout the history of money, these two qualities have been in trade-off; you had to give up one to get the other. For example, you give up gold for gold notes to get higher salability across space.
Bitcoin has solved that for once and forever, with information scarcity. Perfect salability across space with internet. Perfect salability across time with capped supply. Few!
