I’ve been out of grad school for decades and I still sometimes have nightmares about not being prepared for classes/exams.
It’s part of life, but you can always do a reality check. Ask yourself whether you *are* letting anyone down. If dreams are a window into your subconscious, bring them into view. You can either use this fear as motivation to be more supportive of the people you love, or you can recognize that it’s simply a fear that has no current basis in reality. An irrational fear is something you can safely ignore.

Consider that airlines originally only made money off the ticket price in exchange for transportation.
Then came extra fees for baggage, seat assignment, priority boarding, etc.
Now, they are selling your eyeballs to the highest bidder based on information they have collected & purchased about you.
