A daily walk in nature is better than caffeine

Och, ma bonnie wee laddie, ma heart's delight,

Thou bring'st me joy baith day and night,

Wi' thy sweet smile and rosy cheek,

Thou art the treasure I shall keep.

Frae thy first breath, I loved thee well,

And in my airms, I did thee quell,

Thy wee fingers, saft and sma',

Wrapped 'roon ma thumb, and did enthrall.

As thou did grow, sae did my pride,

Thy steps, thy words, did me provide,

Wi' a joy I canna describe,

A faither's love, I canna hide.

Now oot the womb, kin o mine, thou art sae fine,

Thou bring'st me joy, like sweet sunshine,

Wi' every smile, and every breath,

I love thee mair, in life and death.

So here's tae thee, ma precious wee son,

May thy days be filled wi' love and fun,

And ken that frae my heart sae true,
