What problems are you experiencing? Not sure what your diet is but usually the best thing to cut out first is grains + starches and focus on fresh, raw foods like fruit, meat and milk

I’ve never had to track it myself but Spark in the past would sometimes get heartburn if he ate certain things and with changes in his diet he doesn’t experience it anymore.

Too much is not good. But a tiny bit like 1/4 of a tablespoon in water before bed has many benefits ✨

This is not postpartum hair loss. This is postpartum hair GROWTH 🌱

Over the past few months, I've been experimenting with ways to boost my hair's thickness just for fun. I've always had very long, fine hair, but I wanted to see if I could increase its density.

I've incorporated regular scalp massages, hair oiling, and a homemade Viking hair rinse into my routine. I also eat a collagen-rich diet, which is naturally amazing for hair and nail growth.

The results have been incredible! I've noticed a significant amount of new hair growth. As you can see in the picture, I've even grown a fringe. New hairs are sprouting all over my scalp, not just in the front. I'm thrilled with the progress!

Doing this every day until summer’s end 🌞

These days, finding pure chocolate without soy lecithin or fillers is a challenge, so we craft our own at home.

I’m melting cacao butter and coconut oil to create homemade organic matcha white chocolate. My toddler helps by stirring together the organic matcha and milk powder.

It’s gonna be so good.

If it's being used as a pacifier then the child will expect it more and more. It's a slippery slope. Also tiktok is the absolute worst to put into the hands of an infant. The algorithm picks up on the way they swipe and will feed them brain rot content.

Only let them on the couch or beds after they have recently peed. In my experience, my children have never had an accident on the furniture, only on a carpet if walking around the floor. I also only go fully diaper free once they can walk bc you can start to communicate the potty better and they can walk to it as they get more advanced. Before walking I keep organic cloth diapers on. I do EC as well from small age but I have found it has only worked best once they can sit. Before they are sitting it can be a bit difficult to hold them on the potty consistently. So I usually just do full time organic cloth diapers until they can sit. Once they can sit I do part time diapers and try and just catch the poops. Pee in the diaper is expected, but they start to develop a relationship with the potty once they are pooping in it. Then once they can walk, I just get rid of the diapers unless we are not home (don’t want them peeing in car seat etc). But they start to learn very fast. Removing the diaper for night is the last step but my son got it by 18 months and never had an accident at night!
