Okay I didn’t know that.

I was just thinking I need to balance my ph with my nutrition habits. I may need to integrate more alkaline foods in my daily foods.

The question is how do I track the changes to measure results.

It's not real.

Your stomach is meant to be acidic.

If you could alkalise it you would actually die because you would not be able to digest food.

Fortunately the people telling you to alkalise your body don't understand that the body will balance itself out.

Of course the stomach need to be acid. But not the rest of your body.

What problems are you experiencing? Not sure what your diet is but usually the best thing to cut out first is grains + starches and focus on fresh, raw foods like fruit, meat and milk

I’ve never had to track it myself but Spark in the past would sometimes get heartburn if he ate certain things and with changes in his diet he doesn’t experience it anymore.

I don’t have any particular problem. I am just learning that a balanced PH is very important bacanes is the voltage of your body.

So I was just wondering. But i’ll share my findings soon
