After 7 days of sailing from French Polynesia (Maupiti) to Vava'u, we thought it was Saturday but, seeing a very quiet village typical of the "holy day", we discovered that it's actually Sunday.
It bothers us a bit to lose 24 hours like this, without even knowing that the moment had already arrived; we knew it would happen, it's inevitable......
It's also true that after 7 days tossed around like we were in a washing machine, I could have slept that lost day and not even noticed. Definitely I feel rested and rejuvenated, as if it really was so.

What’s better than a warm lentils Shepard pie made with a breadfruit collected from the ground in Maupiti (French Polinesia) sprinkled with chopped broccoli and cauliflower stalks (we don’t throw anything if possible) and some Grana cheese for my 5pm to 2am watch?!?
