Get a Revolut app, Coinbase and Hodl Hodl accounts (those are just examples, but other fintech apps, centralized (CEX) and 2pp exchanges will work).

Sell bitcoin over the market price (3-5%) on P2P exchange, transfer fiat to CEX, buy more bitcoin.

The spread between 2P2 and CEX is real. The arbitrage is working, it's been done by me and others.

You could even hold some fiat on CEX (obviously amount your are willing to lose), in order to hedge against a sudden price increase. So when you start a p2p trade you could buy bitcoin already, this way if it takes time for fiat to arrive, you already fixed the price.
