This is an interesting fake! They've used the actual card 051 from Evolving Skies, which is a Jolteon VMax, for much of the template, but replaced the artwork with a Pikachu. You can the evolution line in the top left corner showing a Jolteon V.
Some of the fakes I've seen are amazing. One Charizard had a move basically called "Win the Game", where you were meant to have instantly won! 😂🫠

Mitsuhiro Arita was the artist who illstrated the iconic Base Set Charizard in 1996. He's drawn 631 cards in total, and he still draws Pokémon cards to this day! Some of his most recent work include the Blastoise and Abra from the 151 set.
