It's seems to me that majority of people here, just use a custodial wallet like walletOfSatoshi or getalby.

Tu peux hoster l'image comme tu veux. Nostr n'a rien de spécifique hormis que les clients vérifient par défaut le "CORS" par sécurité ce qui peut empêcher l'affichage d'une image hébergée par twitter.
Tu peux utiliser des services gratuits comme http://nostr.build/ en alternative pour ton image de profil. #[2]
Le CORS , je me doutais vraiment pas que c'était ça le problème.

Pour le hosting ce qui ce serai vraiment cool. Ce serait une solution décentralisé avec des sats pour incentivé ceux qui mettent à disposition leur espace superflu. Dropbox decentralisé en gros
