The woman who lived down the street from me was a Sergeant in the Air Force. She never married & never had children. About six months ago, she passed away & left her $750,000+ home to her 48-year-old caregiver, who had been by her side for the past 9 years.
Today, that caregiver is renting the home to another family for $4,000 a month & no longer has to work.
I find this to be a beautiful story.
