Today was a complete shit show.
I get my hair done twice a year - appointment was for 5pm tonight.
I get off work at 4, it's POURING. My car doesn't start. I try a few more times before calling nostr:npub18ams6ewn5aj2n3wt2qawzglx9mr4nzksxhvrdc4gzrecw7n5tvjqctp424. He comes to my rescue. We get my car jumped and get it home. I get to my hair appointment just in time.
Hair takes 2 1/2 hours (I get it done so infrequently that I honestly forget how long it takes).
We then take my car to Auto Zone - they close in an hour and are not capable of changing the battery.
It's now nearly 9pm. I message my mechanic and tell him I'm being presumptuous, but we're leaving my car in the parking lot so he can look at the battery. My mechanic is awesome and going to deal with this first thing.
Next problem is that Derek leaves for NYC in the AM. Hopefully a friend can take me to get my car when it's ready.
I'm so over today 😭
