? What’s the purpose of coin control on monero?
Please make buttons explicit. Unlike the purple gradient post button on this reply I’m typing, the “Attach Image” label looks like a label not a button. Confusing.
Side note Will in Damus, the post above I made says “replying to sethforprivacy, fredglobal & 2 others” but I see no way to actually expand the ‘others’ and view all I’m replying to.
Monero is cool but without LN speeds what exactly do you want built into nostr clients? #[5] any ideas for useful integrations?
Seems like posting a static tip address (for monero) in profile is fine since that doesn’t hurt privacy, without LN speed you can’t tip a post with a tap very effectively.
Try Satechi wired mouse only ₿0.00,085,000 on Amazon, can’t deliver to a pick up location?
So, curious how y’all handle US taxes with regard to zaps… is it not technically a taxable event every time? #[0] #[1] #[2] #[3] #[4]
This is the kind of thing Apple will someday build tools for, just like you used to have to actually change apps to use password managers and now it’s built in above the keyboard and seamless.
#[4] the link formatting of this (period before https?) is broken in the main feed in Damus but works when you open then note individually
So anon vs encrypted, what does a 3rd party see in each case? Will encrypted look indistinguishable from anon to everyone but the recipient? Or will they look distinct).
A cool extra feature would be a toggle on a per profile basis to see their ‘posts and all replies’ vs the twitter default: ‘posts and replies among your followers’ for those few gems you want to read everything from–in your main feed.
I guess #[3] too
So why is #[0] the only profile I’ve seen where I can’t see his relays? #[1] just a Damus thing?
Finally now I know what this does
What about 1 sat per note, auto zapped as they scroll (user enabled per profile), as a de facto delete function, “deleting” is stopping sending out any new decryption keys (maybe call it locking?) Too slow? How to back up keys you’ve previously paid for?
Also not sure if you’ve used Apollo for Reddit on iOS but it’s a master class of small design details. Particularly how you can scrub media (even gifs) placing finger anywhere at all on the screen and moving left or right.
Twitterrific did it so well. Could be an option to disable the count tag but back in the day of me being a twitter completionist, their timeline sync and these little features were done really well
Tapping “Posts” or “Posts & Replies” should scroll to the top of the page and, crucially, on a second tap scroll back down to the note where the user was (accidental tap undo). Even better would be a dynamic note count indicator showing # of unread posts until the most recent like Twitterrific used to do.
Sidenote #[2] , Damus should really auto-suggest adding the @ before sending a bare noteID. …unrelated comma test: #[2],
