Writes.

I've pulled my books from Kindle Unlimited so I can also put them on Kobo and elsewhere. But if you have Prime you still have time to read them for free.

Turns out not all apps pull long form content so here's some crime fiction I posted a few weeks back.

MIUI Android. Apparently something to do with 3rd party libraries. Other people who have had various apps do this had to poke around the phone settings to flip the dark/light mode issue. Luckily for me, toggling it inside amethyst flips it. Amethyst is also the only app I've had this issue with.

And not good dark mode; I can barely read any text. In app, going back to light mode triggers *that* across the entire device. Ugh. It did it with the previous app version too.

Most recent collection, from awhile back. Mostly older stories published and then sunk without a trace in various magazines. Remember magazines? I thought not.

Hello. _Again_.

I was on here previously, but deleted all my metadata, intending to just go ahead and abandon this npub. #nostr didn't seem to be a good fit for me as, primarily, a fiction writer. After sitting quietly in a dark room by myself for awhile, I've reconsidered that outlook.

_Be the change you want to see in the word_, amirite?

I would love for nostr to replace corporate fiat silos like Amazon, Medium, Patreon, Substack, etc, and that may come to pass. But I recognise there's probably just not enough users yet. It'll take time.

So ... walk the walk: I intend to post fiction (and maybe some non-) at least once a week via #yakihonne. A mixture of old and new work. I hope you'll come along for the ride and consider zapping and/or sharing if you dig it.

I mean, I sure as hell can't do it alone!
