I used to live by an alpaca farm and people swear by them for socks, scarves, clothes, etc. I think they are on par with wool. Might be worth a look for your footies.

😆 most people did assume I was a dude for a long time. I didn’t want to bootstrap myself to the protocol with the look at me I’m a girl method. If figured after 2 years I’d climb out of my nos tank haha
