Reflections on the Murray Smith debate on Joe Rogan 💎🌅🙏
I have had reservations about Douglas Murray for a while. But watching the debate on Joe Rogan with the extremely smart and well informed Dave Smith it all came into focus.
Murray is part of the old system. The old world order that is now collapsing. In the past he could get by on dirty tricks, using ad hominem, attacking straw men, playing semantic games. And of course relying on his British accent to create the illusion of respectability particularly when his arguments were lacking.
But not anymore. Both Smith and Rogan were able to call out his bullshit and it was so plain to see for the millions of us that witnessed the debate. The comments on you tube were very telling.
Murray now seems nothing more than a grifter. Part of a political establishment that has had its day and cannot compete with the rising tide of consciousness embodied by men with integrity like Dave Smith, Ian Carroll and Joe Rogan . The light exposes all and the truth is becoming ever clearer.

The term ‘Socialism’ is tricky. It sounds good to some and bad to others.
Some of the worst regimes have used it to appeal to voters perhaps the most notorious being the National Socialist German Workers Party of the 1930s and 40s.
But governments that use the term to attract voters almost never do what they talked about prior to the election. It’s always simply about gaining absolute power over the people. It’s a con. The current best example would be the UK Labour Party.

Tai chi and surfing 🤔🏄♂️
I had a whole load of neck and shoulder issues from years of computers and desk jobs
Initially the surfing didn’t help much , it mainly aggravated the tension in my neck.
I then had a couple of years out to focus on martial arts and particularly tai chi with an emphasis on stretching and releasing all of the muscle and soft tissue in my upper body that was so tight that my mobility was very much reduced and posture kinda uneven too.
Anyway 2 years later and I started to venture back into the water and noticed that my upper body range of motion had returned, my pop up felt much easier and I was about 80% pain free for the most part.
It’s an ongoing project actually releasing the neck and shoulders in tai chi. But well worth the daily work because it benefits all areas of one’s life.
