This is, what I was looking for.
I solved this with two reverse proxies, bit exposed only the LNBits instance. This seems to be enough. LND is still hidden behind Tor, LNBits is reachable in clearnet via the VPSs IP.

As long as the seed was not created offline (e. g. with a nostr:npub17tyke9lkgxd98ruyeul6wt3pj3s9uxzgp9hxu5tsenjmweue6sqq4y3mgl ) and only the public key was transmitted to any app at an online device, the online device access to your wallet.
Always create and store the seed offline.
