Ffs! Anyone can take home equity & buy bitcoin or anything else for that matter. Once the ETF's are out you'll be able to it with those, big deal 🙄 You accused the CEO of skimming money from it, that's what I was referring to & nothing in that dumb article even suggests it. Making accusations without backing them up is bullshit.

I'm not the one making the claim you absolute genius. You can't back it up because there isn't anything to back up your worthless & empty claim. It's bullshit.

Most payments in the future will be Layer 2's & 3's etc & most bitcoin isn't moving at all these days. We had huge spikes in transaction fees in 2017 and there were no ordinals back then. I think ordinals are stupid but I'm with the likes of Jameson, Odell, Adam Back & others who say don't worry about them. Besides, Luke Dashjr is helping to create a mining pool that rejects ordinals/inscriptions so there will be a way to avoid them.

It's a great show I enjoy it but you really don't need to announce *every* software update. The show will be 5hrs long soon, no-one will listen 😂

Yeah well the internet was designed just to share information but we do all our shopping on it nowadays & watch movies, play games etc.

Does Warren know? Obvs the dialog between them in Congress was rehearsed but does she know about JPM & the bitcoin ETF's? It certainly doesn't help her case. Just makes both of them look really fucking stupid tbh.

Lol! Honestly it would freak me out everytime it happened, it's totally unexpected. Feeding lizards & iguanas crickets & baby mice is horrible, I much prefer having dogs and cats though I'll have to say having a lizard crawl over you & fall sleep on your chest is super cool.

My ex-gf used to buy them to feed her lizards and iguanas. Fucking annoying when they escape from the lizard tank and frighten the life out of you as they find their way into your bed jump on you.

I have to disagree with you on that. I doubt Lyn Alden & Jameson Lopp give two sh*ts whether I added emoji's to the Likes I just gave them on their posts tbh. To suggest a like is lame without an emoji added to is purely subjective on your part Viktor, I'm certainly not disappointed if someone likes a post/comnent/picture of mine without one, in fact I don't care at all. Emoji's are fun for sure but they really aren't essential to liking what someone has posted. Anyway thanks for the response 👍

I've just got 100+ Followers that clearly are not real. I should be able to remove them from following me or block them, it's bullshit

Does that include those voting just on bitcoin as a single issue. Suppose a pro-bitcoiner was on the ballot in MA in opposition to Warren who had a good chance of beating her would you encourage the voters to vote for that opponent or keep up with the "meh, it won't make a difference"? Isn't part of the bitcoin message one of dismantling the system?

Compared to bitcoin's volatility. People in poor nations can't rely on bitcoin's price which is why stablecoins are more popular in many of them.

We've been told in the past that bitcoin has a faster adoption rate than the internet but if that was true back then - and I don't doubt it - it certainly isn't now, there's no way it's keeping up at that speed. Just like those people who say bitcoin will prevent wars from happening, saying bitcoin will create a boom in childbirth is a dream, it just doesn't make sense. I remember back when people said bitcoin was going to kill the banks but that was never going to happen. Banks are *far* too powerful for that, they'd somehow get in the game if it made financial sense to them but bitcoin will not kill them. Hyperbitcoinization is currently no more than a dream & if it does happen it will be partly due to radically better technology than what we currently have because mass adoption of Lightning is never going to happen, check El Salvador for an example. Bitcoiners still get giddy any time a video of someone buying a coffee with bitcoin is posted online but that isn't growing at any meaningful pace. Also self-custody still isn't ready for prime time either despite what the maxis say although I think this area is getting better & better, lots of great things happening there. Don't get me wrong I am a bitcoiner and have been stacking for 6+yrs but some of the stories bitcoiners come up with just don't match reality, they are dreams but they are enticing.

Hyperbitcoinization has a religious feel to it. It's not unlike Christians who are convinced that Jesus is comong back to earth. Hyperbitcoinization is a story created by bitcoiners that only bitcoiners believe. Will bitcoiners still believe in the story 50 years from now if it hasn't happened?
