This is obviously good advice. But aren't nsecs at risk when plugged into these extensions also? I am using Alby with some success but it doesn't connect to every client reliably yet. I hope to try the others soon. Any recommendations one over another? ๐ค

Beware of scams that $take your sats
Your sats are at stake... the $cams are fake
So don't stake sats for the sake of $tats
Trade sats for steak ...for heaven's sake

Been running a Bitcoin node here for quite a few years but I'm still kinda noob with Lightning and Nostr. Anyway I'm pretty sure coconuts are an essential ingredient in macaroons.

Special Notice re Badges:
Some of you may have been badgering the badge makers for a honeybadger badge...
We're sorry to tell you that after extensive consultation on the matter, the Honeybadger DGAF about badges.
So... that is all. As you were. ๐
yes. That's what I've been doing right along.
And to sigmundsplatz :
Pretty sure that when fiat buys bitcoin or vice versa an exchange rate will apply bwo fees and/or price spread for any on/off ramp service you use. Strike and its business partners must earn revenue. ๐
Yes, but flipping a married bit requires real determination. ๐ #[0]
So... you're saying that buying BTC with fiat from your Strike (kyc) acct and sending it thru 2 lightning wallets before sending it to your HWW is more private than sending it straight from Strike to the HWW? Maybe so...๐ค
I use the Strike scan icon feature to paste in my next bech32 address from my HWW all the time and just accept the kyc aspect of this. ๐คท Not sure your method really breaks the kyc... but it is more effort and a bit more costly. Do you really think it's worth it? #[0]
To follow up on this recent Strike (rant) thread : @filou @nitesh
I rec'd my 5th Strike Support email response yesterday (Saturday evening) informing me that Plaid had finally resolved their connection issue with Ally Bank after a month of being unable to deposit to my Strike acct.
I have successfully reconnected and funded the account and Strike is once again fully functional for me.
I'm glad to continue using it, and hope other users will also have any issues they've had resolved. #[0]
Ok all you other stuffers... I'm goin' to bed so have a great night and GFY, ...all of you.

For the record... my "new" Pixel 6 was an easy migration experience. Sim/data/apps transfer all went smoothly. It's a big relief to have ample resources on my phone again. ๐

Hint for noob Nostr Zappers:
When you sweep all your incoming zap sats onto the main chain at the end of each day, don't reuse the same legacy Bitcoin address over and over... The consolidation to segwit on the weekend can get expensive.๐ฑ
You seem to be feeling more pressure about this than some of us other stuffers... Tor is very often a poor ux for me but I do use it for myNode. What else?
hmmmm... ?
DDG search "death of Andrey Botikov" brings many MSM links incl msn, newsweek, dailymail, newsmax, daily beast... etc.
Do you have a take to offer on this story? I hadn't heard of it but now I'm interested.
Do tell.
