I don't think so. The #Ethereum is more useful to provide services on blockchain, than the #Bitcoin. Bitcoin conception was a decentralized payment and issuing money without banks. The Ethereum and the smart contract are a complete infrastructure - the ral Web3.0 - (used by "shitcoins" too). E.g. thanks to the the IBM and Maerks contribution, Maerks - as a world's largerst shipping and parcel company - can track all of the containers on the world. This solution is based on Stellar Lumens (XLM). The Ripple (XRP) is the fastest international money transfer solution (2.5 sec), while the SWIFT is 2 days. There cryptoassets are "tokens"
BTW: despite of Bitcoin, de Monero (XMR) is a most spreaded privacy oriented payment and money transfer capable coin. De Bitcoin transfer can be traced back to the issuing wallet, so every (!) payment can be traced (see e.g. the profile the Israel based Chainalysis company).
Conclusion: NOT every crypto ASSET is a shitcoin...
