My experience is the same. I think could be an alternate solution to sign up and upload vids to the https://nostrcheck.me/public/ page, and then put the link of your uploaded video to your post here. There is no "sign in" option or sign in page. But the Primal automatically signed me in just now using the nos2x browser extension. BTW: how can I do it using mobile? There is no browser extension capability in mobile browsers.

For the past couple days this is all that shows up when I open Damus. Sometimes the feed populates as notes are posted, but I can’t see older notes. Any troubleshooting ideas?

See the relays. It is possible that the Damus lost the relay settings. Or Damus can't connect to relays (e.g. firewall, adblocker can do this).
