dude thanksgiving is my favorite holiday so it’s something i love doing. waking up thursday morning full ass fasted, prepping and cooking and then sitting down to the table and just chowing down is the best. plus beer and football. can’t go wrong.

before basically i don’t eat between dinner tuesday evening and the turkey on thursday. always feel awesome and it makes thanksgiving dinner that much better haha.

for sure dude it’s always good to reset. i do a 24+ hour fast for thanksgiving every year.

this only lasts for me for a day or so. after that i’m just mad cranky.
