That looks awesome! I’m half Korean so patbingsu is one of the few desserts my family craves.
I would say that is businesses in general. I am even seeing it happen with our dentist friends since staffing has become a major issue since Covid. Small businesses are always looking to cut costs without compromising service.
Agree, I was recently in Atlanta and the automation seems to be happening much faster here.
Not cheaper, but most definitely faster and more efficient.
Every time I am at the Honolulu airport, there are more jobs replaced by various automation.
You can’t force high wages for unskilled positions. 
There are so many subjects like vaccines, Covid, the economy, freedom of speech, and government surveillance that make me feel like I am living a completely different reality than many of my friends, family, and neighbors.
