Seriously though, just this weekend one of my sisters told my mother that eating Cheerios for breakfast could lower her cholesterol. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I literally lol’d. some people will not listen unless a MD in a butchers coat tells them.

Sadly, as a child of the eighties, I was a Honey Nut Cheerios kid.

I was almost always shaky and hungry playing sports, but never associated with my diet. 😂
