There is, it's called CMD, with lines of code you could create a command prompt to save a file in any directory/external drive recognized by your machine's drives and yes you can program it to save files in two different directories, at the same time, with a sequenced file name. The trigger for this command could be a file action, an input or a result. CMD also works on Android but you would have to jailbreak to have full functionality and interoperability with a desktop device. CMD has various packages in case you need specific code modules.
