Design UV printed on 1/8" MDF and laser cut.
Challenge is making sure the print is the same size as the original template (it wasn't), scaling it, then aligning the piece so it cuts them as centered as possible.
Really happy with how these turned out! At about 1/3 the cost to produce metal pins, these are a good option for plebs on a budget π 
So cool!
