I regularly block porn accounts when viewing global. It's usually bots anyways.

The only way I can see that working is by locking yourself away on a private relay that only people you choose to allow access to can see and then not posting to other relays where the person(s) you want blocked post.

I wonder, in fact, if it's feasible to have private members only relays where you post private content...?

But then, anyone interacting can just rebroadcast the note to other relays, if I understand nostr properly.

Instead of a technical solution, which seems to me unfeasible, perhaps the answer is cultural change?

Unfortunately, what you describe is not a technical possibility for Nostr. There is no way to implement this without compromising the censorship resistant properties of the protocol afaik.

Also, i don't know if you can because it depends on where you live, but you should learn how to shoot proficiently and carry a pistol. Seems like you should have that on your person 😉

I hate that those risks exist for you. I dont have all the answers. I'm also not here to lay judgement. But you have to know that having all those eyes on you increases risk. You have no way of knowing who's eyes they are.

I guess you have to limit the amount of information you post. Stalkers can only stalk with the info they have at their disposal. Don't feed it to them. 🫂

I think it really comes down to the lack of people that are on this protocol. You have to keep in mind that it's only 3 years old. The devs are building it as fast as they can without having that much funding. So they're doing it at their own expense with their own free time [there are exceptions obviously (Opensats contributing)]. But I think what you're feeling is the growing pains of being early to something that is revolutionary. It's not supposed to be easy and it's not supposed to be comfortable. Otherwise it wouldn't be worth it.
