Yes, we need more relays and clients support NIP-42
CMIIW. Currently, from three popular relay implementation. Only one that i know already support it, nostr-rs-relay. Nostream and strfry seem haven't support it yet.

If i remember correctly, in Amethyst as an example, Vitor said that he set the code to request relay for limited data to reduce data bandwidth for mobile phone (1000 latest notes events or something). Therefore, our oldest notes might be not picked up, especially if we are active users with a lot of notes and activities.
Sometimes, strike server becomes unstable therefore people cannot request invoice for zaps. I remember Vitor once ever said this therefore he changes his LN wallet
