Are there bots that are spinning up nostr accounts to convert twitter activity over to nostr?
There are non Bitcoin related twitter accounts that would be useful to have forked over to nostr but the entities would not likely make the switch over anytime soon.
If this became a thing, who would you like to see on nostr in this form?

The bots on Nostr that reply to everyone’s notes are cool. I hope that eventually this technology will advance far enough to also be able to Zap everyone’s posts with the same regularity and vigor. It think this would be a net positive for the Nostr community.

Reading the 47 CFR 97.1 it discusses that amateur radio is for advancing the radio arts and helping out in emergencies. Getting ham radio folks into building Blockstream sati lite full nodes using their radio skills would do both.
Building satellite connected full nodes was not traditionally a ham radio activity but it will be a staple activity for ham radio operators and clubs around the world by the end of the decade.

§ 97.1 Basis and purpose.
The rules and regulations in this part are designed to provide an amateur radio service having a fundamental purpose as expressed in the following principles:
(a) Recognition and enhancement of the value of the amateur service to the public as a voluntary noncommercial communication service, particularly with respect to providing emergency communications.
(b) Continuation and extension of the amateur's proven ability to contribute to the advancement of the radio art.
(c) Encouragement and improvement of the amateur service through rules which provide for advancing skills in both the communication and technical phases of the art.
