Sure. You can find our privacy policy at https://thebitcoincompany.com/privacy

But the section you’re asking me to point to, referencing that we cannot audit and control the privacy policies of every other third party, website, and/or company on the internet is attached.

That being said, our entire business was built with privacy in mind and we have a long track record of doing right by our customers, especially with respect to their privacy concerns. If you submit a support ticket at https://thebitcoincompany.com/support , we will answer within 24 hours and will be sure to make it right.

We do rely on user feedback like this to make our service for all of our customers better, so thank you.

When we are aware of a brand with more restrictive privacy policies against ad blockers and VPNs, we provide a warning before users make a purchase (see attached)… however, since we offer thousands of brands which constantly change, some can be overlooked.

If you let us know the brand or third party website you visited, we will be sure to update our disclaimer on their gift card page to make sure others know in the future… and again, will make this right for you if you contact our support.

Im guessing you opened a gift card link from within the app. Some gift card providers and brands provide claim links (URLs) rather than gift card codes directly, which we prefer and always use when available.

In the cases a claim link/URL is provided, our mobile app opens a browser within the app… whatever link you opened is throwing that error.

Also, just for future reference, we don’t use social media for customer support.

This is an image of a web page opened from within the application.

Whatever third party website you opened is what threw that error.
