Since I started using mainly #nostr instead than other centralized platforms, screen time on my phone is starting to decrease. Nice!
The idea to be rewarded with real value through #zaps, even if you have a tiny audience. Centralized platforms only reward those with big following, since much of the revenues comes from sponsorships and so on. Here, my content is reward without taking that into account.

Apps are starting to implement “Nostr Signers” (I think nostr:npub1v5ufyh4lkeslgxxcclg8f0hzazhaw7rsrhvfquxzm2fk64c72hps45n0v5 test flight version does now for example). Would be a cool update for “primary” apps like nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 and @nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg that are already trusted apps by their users could also act as signers for other apps.
As an aside, it would be great if users could verify that an app store app is indeed a Git version.

I would like to try out all the apps I can find on #nostr. However, I’m afraid about entering my nsec everywhere. Is there a way to protect it on #iOS? I know there are tools for that on #android and #desktop but I don’t know about Apple products.

However, it really shows you the need for attention of these platforms.
You try to stay away from #X , #Instagram and other legacy social media and then:
- Notification about people writing something
- Notification about someone posting a picture
- Notification about something I might like
And so on and on and on.
It’s the drug dealer continuing to reach out for the ex-addict.

Onestamente penso sia una delle feature più belle di #nostr.
Rispetto ad un banale like, che è gratis e non richiede nemmeno attenzione, lo #zap è segnale di vero apprezzamento di quello che si legge/vede.
Valore monetario vero come ricompensa del proprio pensiero/lavoro.
Ogni volta che ne ricevo uno per una foto che ho scattato sento davvero apprezzamento, sia 1sat o 1000.
