Mais les données biométriques n’ont rien à avoir avec des données personnelles. Les données biométriques sont des données sensibles, qui permettent de différencier n’importe quel individu sur Terre.
Et ce genre de donnée ne devrait être accessible à aucune entreprise.
Maintenant, Worldcoin n’a pas annoncé ce qu’il allait faire des données recueillies. Et qui sait ce qu’ils vont en faire. Le revendre à des États, d’autres entreprises, les conserver ?
Si cela venait à se normaliser, la population entière serait fichée, les caméras de vidéo-surveillance n’auraient aucun mal à identifier n’importe quel individu à l’aide du scan de nos iris.
