Said app not installed. And it is. Saw that with another user as well. Recommendations?

If you previously installed the app via the Aurora app store, you need to uninstall that version before installing the apk version.

If you don't have the Aurora app store, you're probably running a Google version of Android. I thought, you needed to install apks via a side loader app from a PC in that case (could be wrong tho).

Amethyst v0.12.0 is out. This release uses a new way to hit relays in the hopes of being a massive performance improvement from v0.11

Since all the pipes were re-wired in the entire app, please expect some bugs. Also, keep in mind relays are quite inconsistent right now, making it hard to know if the problem is in the app or with the relays (clicking in the relay setup in the top bar gives some clues of which ones are active/sending data).

I see nostr fixing this.

The data within nostr message is already cryptographically signed.

We'd need a way to incentivise relays to accept & persistently store these larger, higher value messages.

My guess is that he's pretty busy right now.

If you're using the version in the app store it's likely that it's not the latest as it takes time for them to accept updates.

Start slowly but keep taking little steps towards becoming digitally sovereign.

The pixel part was just buy a second hand Google Pixel & load Calyx on it (so much easier than running a Bitcoin node 😂). Graphene was the other option (to calyx) which apparently has a better user experience now. Calyx is easy to load of you follow the instructions.

I'm pretty sure you need to do it from your Twitter account.

It's something I'm not willing to do.

I will verify myself upon request but I don't want to point to my pub from Twitter. 🤷
