You mentioned not breaking the law. But we should be prepared that if their power is threatened, then they would most likely be willing to change the law to make whatever you are doing illegal, even if moral.

You briefly mentioned at the end about the need for separation of money and state. I think this needs to be front and foremost. I think you are trying to lead people to the solution, but in reality I think it just needs to be spelt out. Maybe that’s just the format of a show to weave a story, but I think it detracts from giving clarity when not spelt out clearly. Without knowing what it means clearly in practice to not consent, people aren’t going to declare “I do not consent” (in the sense of a statement of a movement) without knowing ultimately the aims of that movement are.

I know we’re Bitcoiners, but I think the movement simply being “I remove my consent BY not using your money” gives a clear movement that can be followed in practice. Let the people decide what the best form of money is, whether gold, silver, or shells. Then it is up to us to lay out the argument of why we think Bitcoin is the best form of money, but it can compete.

With regards to a constitution, I agree we should craft our own. We can use the model of open source. I actually started what the rough workings (see below) for a Charter of Rights and Responsibilities. In summary, it was the concept of minimal government (keeping their responsibilities to a minimum), and rather than just a “bill of rights” but a bill of rights AND responsibilities (the latter for both citizens and the government).
