My current 3 ways listed below.

2. Hope somebody for some reason zaps my pointless rambling.

3. Fountain Podcasts

BONUS: buy with USD

I usually run Debian or EndeavourOS. Neither seemed to play nice on this old MacBook a1181. Linux Mint just worked. It's not a bad distro, I'd definitely recommend it to new users over Ubuntu.

Today while standing outside with my dog and smoking, a lady told me I should be ashamed of keeping a dog as a "slave" and that I'm a monster.

If Maeve is a slave, she is the best treated slave in all of history. I love my dog and treat her like a 3rd daughter. Some people are completely insane.

I wouldn't be surprised. I just don't see the point. We don't need algos, imo.

What I love most about Nostr?

I really love that it's decentralized, which means no one holds to much control. That alone makes it a great platform. This is what drew me to the Fediverse but I find myself using Nostr vs my personal instance. All in all, Nostr is a fantastic platform that I think eventually could replace the Fediverse. Also, I suppose the zaps are nice as well.

I wouldn't call them bad either, I'm not sure why they seem to get so much hate. I probably will end up getting one of Pine64's sbc offerings eventually tho. I'm a huge fan of theirs and own a Pinephone, Pinecil (soldering iron), PinePower (desktop power supply) & a handful of accessories.

Noticing a lot of errors with FlorisBoard when using swipe input. Seems to be a better on the beta build. Gonna use it for a few days and compare.

I should start checking for errors before posting, messaging, etc.

Quitting cigarettes is proving to be harder than quitting opiates.

Spectrum has to do work insude my apartment before I can hook up internet. I don't really wasn't to deal with that. My mother in-law lives next door tho, so I picked up an extender, pointed it towards her living room window and have free internet until I want to deal with the headache. It's not the fastest speed but I'm able to browse, stream video and game. If anything, it's taught me that I've been payinh for speeds I would rarely take full advantage of.
