Reaching out to researchers and coders in help to building a community project called "#Ai index" resembling the Fear & Greed Index.
The Index would represent the governance of Artificial Intelligence deployment using data that collects information around the speed and growth. 
The index would be a way to capture data on the speed and control we have on Advanced Artificial Intelligence and GPT.
We can build systems in place that allow us to solve the problems not being spoken about within the speed we are moving without the correct framework.
Technical Landscape- seeks to understand the Technical inputs of possibilities and constraints for Artificial Intelligence.
AI Politics- focuses on the political dynamics between firms, government politics, researchers and other actors.
AI Ideal Governance- envisions what structures and dynamics we would ideally create to govern the transition to advance artificial intelligence.
How it was once seen in the monetary world: if you don’t move quickly, you will be left behind in the markets and others around you will get rich.
The scarcity mindsets of leaders are creating harsh conditions within the deployment of leveraging Artificial Intelligence properly.
Things must be done thoroughly not in the form of an arms race. The country that properly deploys the correct structures for AI will win not the first to deploy.
