Yes, police keep saying they're understaffed and underfunded, but I watch auditors on YouTube who test police, and 6-* and more officers often surround ONE auditor who does lawful activity by ilming in public. And I worked at Pret, police like to go to Pret to "fish" for free coffee, dispite not being allowed to receive dgifts, even when offered.
