These communities it's the women, especially single mothers, who are leading this effort.
#Bitcoin’s impact extends beyond daily transactions, with it comes a shift in mentality and economic growth prospects. As the Sol loses value due to inflation, Bitcoin provides a secure and appreciating store of value, so we can only hope some of @MotivPM's beneficiaries have held on to their sats.
Beyond these grassroots efforts, with the rise of #Bitcoin ETFs, the Lima Stock Exchange now also gives Peruvian investors a new avenue into the market. Backed by global giants, these ETFs offer a secure investment structure, signaling a significant shift in Peru’s financial community's perception and adoption of Bitcoin.
Moreover, as Peru moves towards realizing more of its vast energy potential from hydro, wind, and solar sources, there is plenty of mining potential as well. Even Lima's mayor @rlopezaliaga1 himself has admitted dabbling into mining at some point as part of his storied business background.
