I can relate. It can still be pretty challenging for those who aren’t very tech-savvy. Concepts like seed phrases, UTXOs, nodes, etc. take work to understand.
I ask myself these questions re: future adoption.
• Is Bitcoin still going to be around years from now. (Yes)
• Will it become easier to use? (Yes, because of ongoing development)
• If it’s easier to use, will more people begin to use it? (Yes, I believe so. That was true in my case.)
Having used BitTorrent and the experience of money being mostly digital for our generation really does make Bitcoin easier to understand.
