I was skeptical at first, even complained about their free product making it a bit annoying to use. After I got a paid account, I became a Proton Mail maxi. It's such a good service and its really becoming an alternative to the Google Suite.
Baby steps: I started forwarding all my Gmail emails to Proton as a 1st step. Eventually I will get a paid subscription & support Proton.

Honestly some of the most actionable and useful advice I've gotten online over the past year is nostr:npub1dvufvl73s0xdz8d75dgcyjvl0wrmczczvr0ef88g5x8uehmr4fus0j0pwx saying to go in the sun and walk more, and categorizing all the science behind it.
I don't really remember most of what came across my way on Twitter over the year, mostly a bunch of macro bullshit, but now in the morning I immediately go and get some sun if it's out.
The sun literally energizes my body and soul. Wake up early and go early to bed is amazing when you are close to the equator. #lifehack
I just changed my default search engine in firefox from DuckDuckGo to Brave search. I made the same search on DDG and got the same result as nostr:npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c
