The sender pays all fees. Except lets say someone pays you on-chain to Phoenix than you pay a conversion fee.. if you send out of Phoenix you will always pay the fees not the receiver

That was cool what pacific bitcoin put in the YouTube vid of the conference. It has a nice well put piece on bitcoin like smack in the middle. I thought that was very thoughtful of whoever put that video together. Keep in mind the whole video is 7 hours long..
For me the 90's was everything. World problems aside. In rhe 90's we played outside all the kids we made up games we played traditional games the neighborhood was the playground. We talked on the phone for hours twirling the cord. The cartoons from the 90's were the best all of them haha.
