Hey all, I'm a Rust engineer and Bitcoiner. Really interested in the use cases of lightning and looking forward to see how adoption plays out in separate projects like Nostr.

I haven't used any social media in many years but Nostr feels different so I'm here checking it out.

Attacks are inevitable. They are coming for all of us. I think the cheering is a celebration of the cleansing of projects that chose the incorrect tradeoffs that will lead to their demise (while criticizing Bitcoin's tradeoffs).
